Heswall is an affluent and bustling little town located in the north of the Wirral peninsula and it affords residents with a wealth of cultural and leisure facilities, picturesque open spaces such as the Heswall Dales and Heswall beach, a train station, large bus network and an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops and small independent businesses and Tescos supermarket. Transport links

Heswall has its very own train station which connects it to the Wirral Line at Bidston providing easy access to Liverpool city centre, Chester, and Ellesmere Port. The centre of Heswall also has excellent bus links with services to the vast majority of the Wirral.

Education

Schools in Heswall include Heswall Primary School, Gayton Primary School and St Peter's C of E. Due to the excellent transport links available in Heswall and its location, Heswall residents can also benefit from Caldy Grammar school, Pensby High school and Wirral Grammar.

Retail, Culture and Sporting facilities

Residents of Heswall are spoilt for choice with the number of restaurants and cafes in the town centre with the likes of Gusto, Pizza express, 107 Dining room, Ego, Bar code, Monte Carlo and Heswall Coffee Shop to name but a few. For those who like their evenings to last a little longer you have the later bars of Franklyns, Paradox and Otto Lounge. Whilst the Dee view, Black Horse, Jug and Bottle, Glegg Arms and Dervon Doorway are just some of the Pubs in town. For sports enthusiasts Heswall boasts tennis, squash and football clubs and the Puddydale playing field in the centre of town itself is an excellent area for children to play. There is a good selection of open recreational spaces in Heswall and surrounding areas such as the Dales overlooking the River Dee, Heswall beach and the Heswall dungeons. In terms of shopping you would struggle to not find what you need as Heswall is home to a Tesco, Aldi, Iceland, Marks & Spencers, Rightway, W.H Smith and a huge selection of smaller independent high street retail units.
